Common Questions
What do I need to get a quote?
A sketch, photo, drawing, existing CAD file or the physical part is enough. Tell us what it is for and we will recommend the approach.
Can you work from a physical part?
Yes. We 3D scan the part, then build an editable CAD model and drawings from the scan.
What file formats do you deliver?
Native CAD, STEP, IGES, STL and PDF drawings. Other formats on request.
Do you come to our shop?
Yes. We scan and measure on-site across WV, MD, VA and PA, or meet by video.
How fast is turnaround?
It depends on complexity. Simple models and prints often take days, not weeks. We will give you a timeline with the quote.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. Your files and parts are only used for your project, and we are happy to sign an NDA.
