Our Design Process

1. Scan

   We start with the part or assembly in hand — 3D scanning, existing drawings, or a physical sample define the baseline geometry.

2. Reverse Model

   Scan data or measurements are analyzed and rebuilt into accurate, fully-dimensioned reference geometry.

3. Parametric Design

   The reference geometry becomes a fully parametric CAD model — editable, feature-driven, and ready for design iteration.

4. Optimize

   We refine the design for its end use — reducing weight, improving strength, and simplifying it for manufacturing.

5. Manufacture

   Final drawings and production files are handed off for machining, casting, or fabrication — ready for the shop floor.
